If hydroquinone prevents pigment cells do then, how can sometimes cause dark skin and hyperpigmented universal evil? Hydroquinone is to clear the skin, but I read that you can make the skin darker side, and also causes hyperpigmentation? But how? I mean, what the motives for this side effect?
