Um, I do not think that anyone using "oil" to cool your PC. Using a liquid similar to automobile antifreeze. The oil is used in vehicles for lubrication of moving parts very quickly and produce large amounts of friction (and heat). In fact, only high-performance vehicles have oil coolers in cars (mainly Turbo / Turbo truck with oil as a lubricant for bearings and spinning at 100,000 rpm + ... They also use water cooling).

An oil-cooling equipment is not something that should really any attempt not willing to destroy everything in the machine. Not to mention the possibility of the destruction of the carpet and everything else in the area where one of the seals in the case should begin fleeing to mention, too.

Because you want with a budget of low-end, I doubt I could afford, one of the components that set the light in the Box to lose.
